that&#039;s a great point - its always a challenge to translate direct media to direct imapct (but I would argue that this need not be a goal). 

First, I think there is inherent and sufficient value in spreading knowledge itself. Learning about the lives of others (from all areas and walks of life), helps us understand and frame our own lives better. 

In terms of impact on the populations in malarious regions - that&#039;s harder, but awareness of the disparity is a start.</description>
